This policy explains how we handle the personal data you share with us through this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

2. What data we process
Contact form and email
Your name, email address, the subject and content of your message, and the date it was sent. We do not ask for any special categories of personal data, so please do not include them in your message.
Technical data
Like any web server, ours temporarily records technical data about requests (IP address, date, page requested and browser) to keep the service secure and to prevent abuse, such as the mass sending of messages through the form.

We do not make automated decisions or build profiles with your data.
4. Retention
We keep messages for as long as needed to answer your inquiry and, afterwards, for the periods during which legal liability could arise. Server technical logs are deleted within 30 days at most, unless they are needed to investigate a security incident.
5. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. To run this service we rely on providers that process data on our behalf as data processors, under contracts that comply with Article 28 GDPR:
- Website hosting: IONOS SE (Germany), with servers in Spain, European Union
- Sending and receiving email: IONOS SE (Germany, European Union)
If any of these providers is located outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission or by standard contractual clauses.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@exile.games. If you believe your data is not being handled lawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or with the supervisory authority of your country.
7. Minors
If you are under 14, or under the minimum age of digital consent in your country if it is higher, you need the consent of a parent or legal guardian to send us your data through the form.
8. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encrypted connections (HTTPS), limits on form submissions and restricted access to messages.

We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. The date of the latest revision is shown at the top of this page.
